Our new feature, the “Digital Governmental Notice Board”, is already in the test phase. The new function is intended to support cities and municipalities in verifiably making official announcements, such as municipal council resolutions, publicly known via an electronic time stamp. The time stamp records both the launch and acceptance dates completely automatically.

The solution can be used with existing document management systems and automates existing processes. Integration is easy and can be adapted individually and according to requirements for each city or municipality. Municipalities not only save time, but also money due to less administrative effort.
