Our new feature, the “Digital Governmental Notice Board”, is already in the test phase. The new function is intended to support cities and municipalities in verifiably making official announcements, such as municipal council resolutions, publicly known via an electronic time stamp. The time stamp records both the launch and acceptance dates completely automatically.
Why our solution
The solution can be used with existing document management systems and automates existing processes. Integration is easy and can be adapted individually and according to requirements for each city or municipality. Municipalities not only save time, but also money due to less administrative effort.
Our digital office board is also easy to integrate into any website, CMS or digital ad. It is also possible to make your own design adjustments. In this way, the digital office board can be adapted to the respective corporate design requirements.
Benefits for citizens
With just a few clicks, citizens are informed about official announcements, ordinances and resolutions, for example, and can easily access them via their laptop, PC or mobile device. Direct notifications, e.g. in the event of a new announcement, are also possible.
