A central information platform for combining, presenting and evaluating municipal data in real time. The visualization is carried out in individually configurable information platforms (dashboards), which can have different access rights. A distinction is made between:

Public citizen dashboards

By combining internal and external data, such as opening times combined with current visitor figures, parking space utilization, bus departure times and possible alternative leisure activities, residents and visitors can get an overview of a specific “point of interest” with just one click.

Internal dashboards (only visible within the respective organization)

In internal dashboards, all important municipal data from a wide variety of areas can be displayed and monitored using sensors, such as photovoltaic utilization, water meter readings, and the like. But data from other sources, such as status queries regarding maintenance work, can also be easily read in and displayed.

“It was important to us that even data that is not publicly available can be retrieved and evaluated in a simple and clear manner. By setting limit values, it is possible to identify defects in photovoltaic systems or water pipe bursts at an early stage. Costs due to damage not discovered or discovered too late can thus be avoided.”
